Many U.S. states require institutions offering distance education degree programs to residents of those states to be approved to enroll students according to each state’s educational authority.  This is not an issue for most states because Dallas International does not have a physical campus outside of Texas nor do we offer 100% online programs via distance education (including synchronous learning options).

However, if you are a resident of one of the states listed below, we ask that you contact the DIU Registrar before enrollment to be sure your study plans are allowed under the current regulations.
