Is admission to DIU the same as admission to a degree program?

No. Students need an approved Intended Plan of Study (IPS) to be admitted to a DIU degree program. Students should complete an Intended Plan of Study form with the help of their advisor and then submit the IPS to the appropriate department for approval.
